Shaffer; stepdaughter: Mahala S. McDade; brothers: William R. (Bonnie) Shaffer and Michael A. (Teresa) Shaffer; sisters: Beverly (Ronald) Shaffer and Kathryn (John) Miller; grandchildren: Harper Shaffer, Brantley Shaffer, and Harold Balcius Shaffer; deceased relatives: Matthew Shaffer (nephew) and Rebeka Patterson (niece); other: Pastor Gary Wagner.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Hill Cemetery (8660 OH-66, Piqua, OH 45356).
