It is with sadness that the passing of Harold D. Polhamus of Piqua, Ohio is shared. Harold, born on July 29, 1942, passed away on October 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Polhamus, Sr. and Eva "Pauline" Boggs; his son David Scott Polhamus; his brother Ronald E. Polhamus; and his sons-in-law, Chris Noll and Joseph Gibson.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Gibson of Piqua, OH, Lisa Polhamus Oney (Jeff) of New Lebanon, OH, Tony Frock (Polly) of Fort Loramie, OH, Bo Frock (Lisa) of Troy, OH, Michael Frock (LeAnn) of Spokane, WA and Debbie Noll of Pleasant Hill, OH.; his grandchildren, Shannon, Ashley, Angel, Chelsea, Branden, Terry, Stephanie, Micheal, Travis, Cassie, Brooklyn, Morgan and Taylor; and his siblings, Donald Geen Polhamus, Candice Jones (Bill) and Pam Phillips (Mike).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Melcher Sowers Funeral Home (646 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
