He is survived by: his children, Jason Hess (Jodi) of Piqua, OH and Nena Bates of Pitsburg, OH.; his brother Bill Arthur (Becky) of Troy, OH; and his grandchildren, Kayden, Andrew, Ashton, Bella, Georgia, Ali, Dayne and Jaxson.
