He was predeceased by : his parents, William Blaine and Minnie Pearl Drummond (Campbell); his daughter Sakina S. Drummond; and his brother Wesley Drummond. He is survived by : his daughter Starla Rossman (Brian) of Piqua; his grandchildren, Corinne Kershner (Matthew), Ryan Wolfe (Kristin), Luke Milligan, Alexander, Philip and Samuel Rossman; his siblings, Harry Drummond (Sakina) and Twila Drummond; and his sister-in-law Sandy Drummond. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
