He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert N. Hartzell and Miriam Hartzell; his wife Jeanie; and his siblings, Bobby, Bill, Tom and Kathryn.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Hartzell (Jackie) and Jennifer McMillion (Kip); his grandchildren, Brandon Hartzell (Katie), Justin McMillion (Brianna), Josh McMillion (Alysha), Joe Hartzell and Julianne Hartzell; his great grandchildren, Brent Hartzell, Hunter, Cheyenne, Weston, Gunher and Archer McMillion; his sister-in-law Jerri Kiesler; Dwight and Sheree Hubbard.
