He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Siegel and H. Virginia Siegel (Kurtz); and his son Steven Siegel. He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Hershman; his children, Charles Siegel (Patricia Lucas) of Baton Rouge, Thomas Siegel (Bekah Van Belle) of San Francisco, California, Mary Siegel of Tipp City and Ann Rodriguez (Robert) of Macedonia, Ohio; his grandchildren, Megan Fagan (Ryan), Katie Harmon, Matt Siegel (Jennifer Bootes), Matthew Sherwood (Emily), Andrew Siegel, Emily Mesteller (Mike), Nick Rodriguez (Mary Richards), Nathan Siegel and Sarah Wagner (Drew); his great grandchildren, Caroline, Simon, Zalen, Isabella, Elijah, Brynlee, Samuel, Abigail, Solomon, Juliana and Macoy; his sister Susan Bolman (Larry) of Angola, Indiana; his nieces, Ellen (Alan), Amy (Mark) and Sarah (John); and his nephew Jim (Caroline).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home (333 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at the Forest Hill Cemetery (8660 OH-66, Piqua, OH 45356).
