She was predeceased by: her husband Donald J. Belt. She is survived by: her sons, Donald J. Belt Jr. of Piqua, Aaron W. Belt of Piqua and Stephen N. Belt of Piqua; and her grandchildren, Lane, Colton, Aaron (Chelsea) and Lindsey (Blair). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and a sister.
