With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jodie Ann Peyton of Piqua, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jodie left this world on December 12, 2025 at the age of 48, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Xavier Peyton. She is survived by: her parents, Earl Edward and Debra Ann "Debbie" Childers (Eckhardt) of Somerville; her husband David Francis Peyton; her children, Cecilia Nicholson (Adam) of Huber Heights, Michael Peyton (Ally) of Dayton, Vincent Peyton of Versailles, Gabriel of Piqua, Charles of Piqua, Gianna of Piqua and Henry Peyton of Piqua; her grandsons, Levi, Archie Nicholson and Linus Peyton; and her sister Tanya Spencer of Somerville. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home (333 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Remy Catholic Church (108 E Main St, Russia, OH 45363).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Elizabeth's New Life Center.
