He is survived by: his sons, Allen Michael Guillozet (Jackie) of Piqua, Rickey Michael Guillozet (Cynthia Lester) of Englewood and John Allen Guillozet (Debbie) of Piqua; and his siblings, Jim Guillozet (Mary) and Lucille Preston of Lockington. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
