He is survived by: his wife Cheryl McKenna (Epley); his children, Paul McKenna (Celena) of Maumee, OH, Julie (Glenn) and Jennifer Slife (Tim) of Casstown, OH; his siblings, Alice Jacomet (Tom) of Piqua, OH, Kathleen Staggers of Troy, OH, Mary Ann Fraley (Steve) of Dayton, OH and Jerry McKenna (Cynthia) of Piqua, OH.; and his caregivers, Ari Zay, David Maxson and Shannon Cotterman.
