He is survived by: his son Kenneth Philabaum III (Darby) of Bradford, OH; his siblings, Melissa Causey (Joe) of Piqua, OH, Pamela Fraley of Onida, TN and Sean Dowgiewiez of Abilene, TX; and his granddaughters, Isabella and Sophia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
