Larry E. Francis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry E. Francis of Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on November 11, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene August and Mary Louise Francis (McCarville); and his brothers, John Francis and Michael Francis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Ruley; his children, Diana Scruggs (Chris) of Dunmore, WV and Jim Francis (Amy) of Piqua, OH; and his grandchildren, Tanner, Emma and Katelyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
