He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnel R. and Mary O. Perry (Pittman); his brother-in-law Jimmy Davis; and his nephew Bruce Davis. He is survived by: his children, Angela Perry (Karl Case), Justin Perry of Sidney and Tasha Simington (Taj Gay) of Dayton; his sister Margaret L. Davis (Perry) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Dylan (Amber Hoskins), Jordan (Zoe Wallace) and Keagan; his great grandchildren, Alexander, Alexis and Kaylani Perry; his sibling's children, Jeffrey Davis (Dawn) and Michelle Davis (Tony); and his friend Peggy Gambrell of Piqua.
