He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Underwood and Ora Lee Underwood (Tipton); his wife Jayne Underwood (Brown); and his brother Scott Underwood. He is survived by: his son David Underwood; and his sister Peggy Ann Hoke. He is also survived by 1 niece, 1 great niece, 4 nephews, 2 great nephews, and a very dear friend.
