She is survived by: her husband Roger Neff; her children, Joe Keith Roberts II of Lancaster, Ohio, Lori Devine of St. Mary's Ohio, Chandra Purtee (Tim) of Casstown, Ohio and Alana Neff of Hilliard, Ohio; her sister Carole Fankhauser (Brett) of Marysville, Ohio; her niece Kelly Hornsby of Rosewood, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Shelby, Felicity, Jessica, Tyler, Christy, Brennon Purtee (Kristen) and Briley Wallace (Ryan). She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
