She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Norton and Lillian Norton (Presley); her husband William I. Preston; her siblings, Mark Norton, Aubrey Norton, Johnny Allen Norton and Genetta Cook; and her sister-in-law Jayne Norton.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Cecil (Jeff McClelland) of Piqua; her grandson Mark Cecil, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Alexis Alexander (William), Kyle Cecil and Lane Persinger; her great great grandchildren, Jazmyn, William and Colton; and her siblings, June Bricker (Don) of Wapakoneta, Ron Norton of Celina, Ponzie Guidry (Rick) of Savannah and Wanda McNaughton (Larry) of Celina. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
