He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Fields (Brian) of Huber Heights, OH; his granddaughter Heather Mikolajewski (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Ayden Young, Brady Mikolajewski, Cohen Mikolajewski and Posey Mikolajewski.
