He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda J. Kiser and Houseman. He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Wills (Steve) of Piqua, Mike Kiser (Sharon) of Piqua and Fond Kiser, III (Jan) of St. Augustine, Florida; and his siblings' children, Sean Kiser (Jenny), Rick Kennett (Tara), Terrence Groves, Michale Kiser Lind, Tracy Tulanko (John) and Kristi Kiser Comstock (Jon Wheelock). He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
