He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda J. Kiser and Houseman. He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Wills (Steve) of Piqua, Mike Kiser (Sharon) of Piqua and Fond Kiser, III (Jan) of St. Augustine, Florida; and his siblings' children, Sean Kiser (Jenny), Rick Kennett (Tara), Terrence Groves, Michale Kiser Lind, Tracy Tulanko (John) and Kristi Kiser Comstock (Jon Wheelock). He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home (333 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
