He is survived by: his parents, Steve C. McMillan and Belinda McMillan (Parker) of Piqua; his brothers, David McMillan (Mindy) of Houston, OH and Jeremy McMillan of Dayton, OH; and his nephews, Nate McMillan (Abigale) and Nick McMillan.
