She was predeceased by: her parent Neoma Lacey; her former husband Jan Mulder II; and her husband Frank Levering. She is survived by: her children, Titia Mulder of St. Louis, Jan Mulder III of Ohio, Judy Palermo (Jimmy) of Indianapolis and Andries Mulder of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Carmen, Anthony, Mario, Jan, Amber and Neoma; and her siblings, Harry Lacey of Texas and Sarah Mae Lacey of Michigan.
