He is survived by: his son Jeffery Shoopman (Rebekah) of Sidney; his grandsons, Tyler Shoopman and Asher Shoopman; and his siblings, Roy Shoopman of DeGraff, Viola Freeman of Frankfurt and Linda Hill (Freddie) of Stearns, Kentucky..
