She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Huffman and Agnes Huffman (Rein); her husband Wendell L. Stephan of John's Church; her siblings, Ellen Brokaw, Jack Huffman, William Huffman, Deanna Brumbaugh, Linda Boyer, Thomas Huffman and Nancy Dunn; and her daughter Debra Culley.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Pethtel (Michael) of Piqua, Harley Stephan (Kimberly) of Piqua and Christine Copeland (Dennis) of Troy; her grandchildren, Sarah Ammon (Chris Wilcox), Daniel Pethtel (Wendy), Kathryn Stephan (Andy Pickrel), David Stephan (Emily), Andrew Stephan (Elizabeth) and Brian Copeland (Lindsey); and her siblings, Orville Huffman Jr. (Eva) of Sidney, Lawrence Huffman (Melodie) of Covington, Douglas Huffman of Crown Point, Constance Wagner of Piqua, Melody Wise of Covington, Candice Leapley (Garry) of Sidney and Jacqueline Kinnison of Sidney. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
