He is survived by: his significant other Edna Marie (Hahn); his daughters, Krystal Lawson (Jordan) and Katheryn Farris (Steven); his grandchildren, Zoe, Gemma, Moriah, Isabella, Theodore, Gabriel, Verity, Darion, Josephine, Eliora, Gideon and Hezekiah; and his siblings, Michael Middleton (Reiko), Lisa Meckstroth (Jim) and Rick Middleton (Shannon).
