Patsy will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kerrigan and Oneida Kerrigan (Weaver); her husband Richard Elliott; her daughter Diane Elliott; and her sons-in-law, Martin Kies and Rusty Orndorff.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Elliott (Tammy) of Arcanum, OH, Pamela Kies of Quincy, OH and Peggy Orndorff of Piqua, OH. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Melcher Sowers Funeral Home (646 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
