He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bush Sr. and Evelyn (Howell). He is survived by: his brother David Bush (Margo); and his nieces, Kristi Enz (Michael Enz) of Fletcher, Ohio and Kathleen Convey (Kevin Convey) of Brockton, Massachusetts. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
