He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schneider and Clara Schneider (Reineke); his wife Caroline E. Christy; his siblings, Carolus, Anthony, Roman, Francis, Rudolph, Barbara Fagan, Patricia Lyle and Therese Culver; his son-in-law Ritchie Williams; and his great grandchild Toni Nicole Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Philip Schneider of Canton, Christina Williams of Piqua, Matthew Schneider (Dena) of Piqua, Rita Mitchell (Martin) of Piqua, Mark Schneider (Janice) of Piqua and Kelly Huffman (Craig) of Xenia; and his brother Dennis Schneider (Sherry) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home (333 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (528 Broadway, Piqua, OH 45356).
