He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray O. Wiley and Lorene Wiley (McReynolds). He is survived by: his son Ray A Wiley (Karina) of Piqua, OH; his siblings, Steve Wiley of Piqua, OH, Kay Cantrell of Sidney, OH, Sona Hayslett of Mason, Bonnie Creager (Steve) of Piqua, OH and Rosie May of Tipp City, OH; and his grandchild Solorha Moser of Piqua, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
