He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Baker and Zulia Baker (Allen); his siblings, Talytha Baker, William Baker and Byron "Barney" Baker; and his brother-in-law Jerry Sluss.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Baker (Lavey); his children, Randall Baker (Carla) of Piqua, Michael Baker (Robin) of Piqua, Kenneth "Kenny" Baker of Piqua, Tamara "Tami" Miller (Don) of Florida and Cynthia Schverak (John) of Florida; and his sister Joyce Sluss of Sidney. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
