He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius A. and Mary C. Caulfield (Maxwell). He is survived by: his wife Louise Caulfield; his grandchildren, Kyley St. Hill, Conor and Gavin Caulfield; his stepchildren, Kim and Dominic Provencher; and his stepgrandchildren, Mathis, Stella-Rose, Valentina and Analiese.
