He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Haney and Lela E. Haney (Spence); and his siblings, Robert Haney (Jack), Clarence Haney (Fuzzy), Jerald Haney (Jerry), Ronald Haney (Ron), Keith Haney, Joyce Lake (Suzie), Shirley Denman, Beverly Miller and Peggy Rose.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Haney (Lesley) of Piqua, OH, Jean Anderson (Donny), Lisa Ashton (Mark) of Piqua, OH and Amanda Haney (Tony Charles); his sister Dianne Bair of Piqua, OH; his grandchildren, Kayla, Kierstin, Nick, Nathan, Nolan, Brady, Kyler, Kenzie, Kameron, Kenna, Kaiden, Savannah and Skye; and his great grandchildren, Abrielle, Adeline, Nataliya, Peyton, Sylvia, Rowan, Sable and Declan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home (646 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
