He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Trowbridge and Miriam D. Trowbridge (Asher); his wife Linda C. Crossman; his son Harry Trowbridge; his grandchildren, Michael Orndorff and Hannah VanGordon; and his sister Donna McCoy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jenifer Orndorff (Donald Jr.) of Sidney, Julie Worley (Steven) of Piqua and Lorie Clefford (Jake Ehling) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Keith, Kyle, Jessica, Leah, Monica, Jeff and Craig; his great grandchildren, Riley, Audrey, Brooklyn, Bailey, Bekah, Nevaeh, Soloman, Lucelia, Harrison, Liam and Vanessa; and his sister Pamela Hughes (Dave) of Columbus.
