Wells (Myers) of Indiana; his daughter Sierra Wells of Piqua, OH; the mother of his child Trulee Wood; and his siblings, Dwayne Wells (Cheryl) of Springfield, OH, David Wells of Springfield, OH and Rebecca Saba (Said) of Indiana.
