He is survived by: his significant other Teresa Charles of Piqua, OH.; his children, Danielle Collens of Wixom, MI and Jaxtyn Stevens of Piqua, OH; and his sisters, Shirley Threadgill of Novi, MI, Sheryl Marsh (John) of Sebastian, FL, Bonnie Jackson of Thackerville, OK and Debbie Smith (Bear) of Gainesville, TX. He is also survived by five nieces and three nephews.
