He was predeceased by: his parents, William Keiser and Zella Keiser (Graves). He is survived by: his sons, Thomas A. Keiser of Suffolk, VA and Timothy A. Keiser of Walkersville, MD; and his grandchildren, Nicholas W. Keiser, Christopher A. Keiser, Matthew R. Keiser, Alex Keiser, Abigale Nicholls, Austin Keiser, Kevin DeWeese and Bradley DeWeese.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home (646 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Forest Hill Cemetery (8660 OH-66, Piqua, OH 45356).
