He is survived by: his spouse Stacey Ross; his sons, Robert A. "Bug" Hicks (Linda Gartner) of West Milton, OH, Brian D. "Mack" Hicks (Kristy Sanders) of Piqua, OH, James E. "Spermie" Hicks (Laura) of Piqua, OH and Rex "Skinny" Onkst of Greenville, OH; his stepson Jess-E Ross (Dana) of Covington; and his close friend Robin York. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four step grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
