Robert touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Robert’s presence will be missed, the influence he had on others will remain. Those who knew him will carry forward memories that reflect his character and spirit.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Pence and Maxine Pence (Watren); and his brother Doug Pence. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Pence of Piqua and Katelynn Pence (Brady Dysert) of Wapakoneta; his grandchildren, Nash Dysert and Bellamy Dysert; and his siblings, Scott Pence (Tammy) of Piqua and Kim Maniaci (Greg Carsner) of Tipp City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home (333 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (310 S Downing St, Piqua, OH 45356).
