He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Hilleary and Margaret Hilleary (Owen); his wife June E. Hilleary (Fahnestock); his sons, Roger Hilleary and Steven Hilleary; and his siblings, Ruth Dapore, Shirley W. Ray, Rita Pennington, Amelia Hilleary, John Hilleary, Charles Hilleary, Robert "Bobby" Hilleary and Shanely Hilleary.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Asher of Troy, OH; and his siblings, Nancy Sampson of Piqua, OH and George Hilleary. He is also survived by five grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
