She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Russell and Mabel Russell (Pence); her siblings, Chester "Chet" Russell (Marcene), Esther "Sis" Kiser (Melvin), Evelyn Fair (Ira), Lester "Boy" Russell (Maryanne), Robert Russell (Marie), Charlotte "Babe" Millhoff (Richard), Patt Schauffner (Jerry) and Ronald Russell; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Barhorst and Mike Huffman.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Roeth (Jeffery) of Houston, Scott Lemmon (Sandy) of Tipp City and Rusty Lemmon (Trish) of Piqua; her sisters, Caroline Huffman and Betty Barhorst; her grandchildren, Derek Roeth (Laura), Stacy Roeth (Rob Kinder), Kyle Roeth (Meagan), Stefan Lemmon, Chris Baker, Erin Brady (Stephen Qualls) and Brent Lemmon (Alycea); her great grandchildren, Audrey, Violet Roeth, Madelyn, Mackenzie Roeth and Lincoln Baker; and her husband Charles Lemmon.
