She was predeceased by: her parents, Herb Finley and Francie Finley (Dapore); and her sister-in-law Nancy. She is survived by: her children, Dan Congdon (Cynthia) and Shari Stover of Piqua; her grandchildren, Brandi McElfresh (Aaron) of Troy, Megan Congdon of Piqua, Mackenzie Clawson (RJ Lindenmuth) of Columbus and Cody Congdon (Alexis) of Columbus; her great grandchildren, Beckett McElfresh, Crew, Lux Lindenmuth and Sloane Congdon; her brother Jerry Finley; and her brother-in-law Harry Congdon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, several cousins and many friends.
