She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Sage; her children, Christopher (Jessica Sage), Stephane (Jim Frank) and Steven Sage of Piqua; her grandchildren, Hunter Meier and Rylan Frank; and her siblings, Helen Lavins of Bradford, Robert Lear of Piqua, Nancy (Tom Kesler), Joyce Lear of Piqua, Connie Wynn of Piqua, Bill Lear of Houston, Tom Lear of Piqua, Lora Nichols, Amy (Tim Smith), Deanne (Wendel Mead) and John (Rebecca Lear). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
