Warner; her children, Dylan, Euriah Ward, Carl Baker, Chevy Roark and Bridgett Nash; her stepchildren, Micah Warner and Whitney Miller (Sage); her grandchildren, Kobyn and Xyler; her sister Mindy Baker; her stepsisters, Kristen Minniear and Cheryl Bartrum (Jonathan); and her stepmother Melissa Bentley.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the New Horizon Church of God (527 N Market St, Troy, OH 45373).
