She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Neves and Vernie Helen Lou Neves (Young); her husband Scott A. Tobe, Sr.; and her sister Pam Neves. She is survived by: her children, Lacey Kouts (Devin) of Piqua, OH, Scotty A. Jr. Tobe (Tayler) of Piqua, OH and Ricky Lee Tobe (Addi) of Piqua, OH; her nieces, Shelby O'Reilly of Piqua, OH and Chelsea O'Reilly of Piqua, OH; her nephew Cody O'Reilly of Piqua, OH; her grandchildren, Taylor Tobe, Chevy Tobe, Holdyn Tobe, Marlee Timothy, Maya Tobe, Gaige Tobe, Weston Glenn, Bentley Tobe, Braxton Tobe and Memphis Kouts; her great grandchild Laila Tobe; and her close friend Amber Orndorff of Piqua, OH..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home (646 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
