He was predeceased by: his parents, James Verlin and Nancy Green (Anderson); his wife Phyllis J. Ward; and his sisters, Rosalee Vanover, Anna Green and Mildred Green.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Hollis (Ted) of Piqua, Anita Kay Wagner of Piqua and Tony Green (Karla) of St. Paris; and his sisters, Florence Cole of Piqua and Gennivee Lawson of Piqua. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
