She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Collins and Helen Collins (Thomas); her husband Richard E. "Dick" Couchois; and her close friend Mark S. Cruse. She is survived by: her sister Micki; her brother-in-law Robert Heater of Piqua; her extended family, Scott Stump (Rachel), Rob Stump (Julie), Jeff Heater (Nancy) and Carrie Divens (Mitch); her close friends, Jason Townsend (Sara) and Kevin Wise; Kayla, Drew, Ashley, Blake, Chase, Robert Heater (Tiffany), Elliott, Elijah, Anne Moore (Jon), Stephanie, Chloe and Sutter. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
