Wilma Mae McKinley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Mae McKinley of Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Wheeler and Zora L. Wheeler (Vogler); her husband Vernon E. McKinley; and her sisters, Patricia L. Wheeler, Janice Foster (Dennis) and Joyce Robinson (Daniel).
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Van Matre (Kevin Shatto) of Piqua, OH and Vincent Bruce McKinley of Piqua, OH; her grandson Zachary Van Matre (Luna Coneby); and her great grandchild Lauri Van Matre.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home (646 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
