She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Collins and Dorothy Collins (Ramey); her husband Dwaine Combs; her siblings, Barbara Jean Silvia and Harold "Dean" Collins; her granddaughter Kayla Michelle Leeth; and her nephew Phillip Matthew Collins.

She is survived by: her children, Lori Hunt (Roger), Tina Collins, Sonya Collins (Brent Dewey) and Jammie Collins (Eric Scurlock); her pet Jax; and her siblings, Debra Silvia and Donald Collins. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
