She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hively and Norma Johnson Hively; her husband Roger Halley; her sister Carolyn Holley; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Mason and Debbie Queen.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Halley (Judy) of Gallipolis, Ohio and Rogenia Tobias (Larry) of Gallipolis, Ohio; her granddaughters, Megan Blazer (Kenny) of Gallipolis and MiKayla Jordan (Garrett) of Wellston, Ohio; her sister Wanda Lyman (Bill) of Columbus, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Isabella Tate and Zachariah Tate; and her siblings-in-law, Lee Queen (Ruth) of Coolville, Jerry Queen (Lisa) of Coolville, Larry Queen (Annette) of Parkersburg, Jimmy Queen of Pomeroy, Ohio, Lynn Osborn (Roger) of Marietta, Sue Turley (Merideth) of Proctorville and Pam Tatterson of Pomeroy, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
