He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Boggs and Helen Bishop Boggs; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Boggs. He is also survived by extended family of cherished in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews as well as 34 foster children.
