It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel June Warner of Plain City, Ohio, who passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Robert Warner; her parents, Charles Lloyd and Hazel Maude Calle (Pettit); and her brother Joe Calle. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Mizer of Gahanna; her granddaughters, Jessica Phillips (Steve), Valerie Mizer, Holly Lowe (Mark) and Andrea Garringer (Kurt); her great grandchildren, McKenna, Leo, Ellie, Calvin, Kaden, Quinn, Ava of Kali, K. J. and Kaitlyn; her brother Charles Calle (Gloria) of Plain City; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Calle of Plain City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
