We bid farewell to Philip E. Hostetler of Plain City, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 23, 2025 at the age of 81. Philip touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Menno Hostetler and Amanda Hostetler (Kuhns); his son Ron Hostetler; his wife Leona Hostetler (Yutzy); and his sister Mary Neuenschwander (Harley).
He is survived by: his children, Elaine Hostetler Grand (Michel) and Don Hostetler (Michelle); his grandchildren, Mary Grand Wilson (Barrett), Philippe Grand, Veronique Grand, Eleanor Hostetler and Grant Hostetler; his great grandchildren, Evalynn and Emmerson Wilson; and his siblings, Betty Yutzy (Marvin), Alma Shrock (Sherm), Wilma Miller (Glenn), Susan Hershberger (Jim), Robert Hostetler (Tresa), Sharon Martinez (Jorge), Erma Beachy (Freeman) and Gary Hostetler (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Shiloh Mennonite Church (7521 Woods and W Ave, London, OH 43140). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sharon Mennonite Church (7675 Amity Pike, Plain City, OH 43064).
